Start with the buyer’s question.
Write down the service, problem, or decision your buyer is trying to understand. Use that as a starting point in Keyword Magic Tool to explore related queries. Keep the search intent beside the keyword: an informational question and a buying decision need different pages.
Turn the list into a decision.
Group useful queries around a clear topic. Compare them with the pages you already have. Decide whether an existing page needs a better answer or a distinct buyer question deserves its own place. Keep a short list of priorities rather than treating every keyword as a content assignment.
What the tool cannot decide.
A keyword list does not tell you which offer is strongest, whether your proof is credible, or whether the inquiry process works. Use research to inform judgment. Do not confuse a large volume estimate with a guarantee of traffic or revenue.
